The recruiting system should be a step by step system that anyone can use to recruit reps without fail.And the lead generation system should be a marketing system your team can use to generate traffic and leads. In order to make money in this industry, you need to generate leads. Then you need to call those leads up and have them watch your presentation. After they watch your presentation you just call them up and tell them that you think they're ready to join.People will join if you just get them to watch a presentation and you call them up afterwards.
